Race Nights are great entertainment and are an excellent way of raising funds, whatever your fundraising needs.
The atmosphere is electric and everybody gets involved.
People really enjoy the occasional flutter and the enthusiasm and excitement grows throughout the evening. You'll see people who have never placed a bet before becoming very involved - cheering their horse along.
The best part about a Night @ The Races, is that you know that you are raising money - and the immense satisfaction that goes with it.
Also a Charity Race Night is an ideal way to gather all members of your club or association together - have a great night and raise money at the same time.

The night will include anything up to 5 to 12 (or more if you request) races, involving 8 horses in each. At the beginning of the night your audience are invited to purchase tote tickets, which clearly state the race number and horse number.
A 'Tote Calculator' is used to calculate the winnings, which in simple terms means the money is collected, a percentage is retained for club funds / charity, and the remainder is paid out between the winning tickets.
It really is that simple!
We provide everything you need to run a successful Race Night, including an M.C.
